Sign up or log in as a client, use the search filters above to find a maid by city, age, service, and hours. Click “Book now” on a profile or go to the app to complete the booking. You’ll see your assigned helper and schedule in your dashboard.
We offer household help including cleaning and dishwashing, laundry, cooking, elderly care, and Sutekeri Sewa. You can filter maids by service type when searching.
Yes. Maids on the platform go through our verification process and have credibility scores. You can see “Verified” on profiles. Maids can also use an emergency (SOS) feature with location if they need help.
Payment and hours are tracked in your client dashboard. You can see work history, hours worked, and monthly spend. Specific payment methods are set up through the app after you sign in.
Yes. Clients can request a replacement from the app. The first replacement request is free; details for any further replacements are in your account.
Click “Apply now” at the top or bottom of this page (or go to the Features section). You’ll sign up as a maid and can then use the app to clock in, see assignments, and use the emergency alert if needed.
We currently list maids by city; Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, and Lalitpur are available in the search. More cities may be added over time. Use the city filter on the Find a maid form to see who’s available in your area.
